DoneState hosted service
Hosted MCP v0.3.0 is live at https://donestate.proofandstate.com/mcp. DoneState is live on its owned service domain. Last verified external-provider state: OpenAI version 0.3.0 was in Review on 8 September 2026; the GitHub Marketplace listing was Pending for publish and not publicly discoverable in the last recorded check. These are dated provider observations, not live provider telemetry.
DoneState CLI package
The latest published npm/GitHub CLI release is v0.2.0. DoneState has separate release trains: Hosted MCP 0.3.0 is the live remote service, while CLI 0.2.0 is the latest published npm package. Hosted tool names and local CLI commands remain separate surfaces.
OpsTruth
https://opstruth.io and https://mcp.opstruth.io/mcp are live public addresses. OpsTruth 0.4.1 is published in the OpenAI Plugins Directory. The opstruth-evidence GitHub Marketplace Action is also public, with v1.0.0 and the stable v1 reference published. Marketplace: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/opstruth-evidence
AgentProof
AgentProof 0.1.0-rc.6 is a public GitHub developer prerelease for one proven local action, agentproof.repository_patch.v1. RC5 includes transaction-bound approval, durable exactly-once execution, reconciliation, independent repository-state verification, signed Receipt V2 evidence, offline verification, and signed compensation successors. The npm prerelease, production authority/signing, hosted coordination, and additional action classes are not yet released.
Public release record
OpsTruth GitHub Action v1.0.0 was published on 30 August 2026, with a stable v1 reference for compatible v1 updates.
